Thanks to all of our wonderful media relationships, 2005 was a banner year for REVShare!

Over the past 16 years, we have specialized in and created the largest CPA advertising network on television representing nearly 1000 media relationships. And we keep on growing. We couldn't have done it without you....That's why we're proud to announce major changes at REVShare we've put in place for 2006 to better serve you.

Focus on Spanish Media

Luis Estrada has joined us as vice president of Latino business development. He will lead a recharged focus by the company to increase its Latino advertising sales as well as work closely with Adam Warren, vice president of network development, in expanding REVShare's Latino network. Prior to joining REVShare, Estrada was vice president of programming and acquisitions for SorpresaTV and has extensive media experience including independent production. "Spanish language media grew 3.3% in the first nine months of 2005, and Luis is an experienced and well respected executive to help us focus more aggressively in this market," said Adam Warren, vice president of network development. Although REVShare has been in the Latino market since the end of 2004, Warren added, "The rise in revenue and lead generation in this space has certainly caught our attention and that's why we're excited to have Luis on board." Focus on Technology and Support

Janet Ferrara has been promoted to vice president, media operations. She is focusing on sourcing, 800# coordination and delegation, data research, traffic issues, offer updates and information gathering. Janet will also be overseeing traffic efforts as well as working on initiatives that enhance REVShare's proven efficiency. Janet started working for REVShare in 2001 working as a media rep and developed the Media Department. She managed the existing database of hundreds of TV stations while prospecting for new stations, helping them to manage their unsold inventory. Janet continued to grow the department by hiring additional media reps and a traffic manager, while assisting 3 outside media sales reps manage their stations. She established the procedures and protocols for the department and trained additional media reps that were soon hired By January 2002; she was promoted to director of media services. She continued to manage over 200 TV stations and was responsible for the day to day management of the media & traffic department.

Chelle Lewis has been promoted to media sales manager. She will be very active and hands-on on the media floor, focusing on issues pertaining to media rep protocol, rep system issues, assistant training, rep training, hybrid business strategies as well as new business development. Chelle Lewis has been with REVShare since August 2002, starting as an administrative assistant in the media department. She then moved into national sales assistant before being promoted to account executive where she worked with large networks, cable systems and stations. At REVShare, Chelle has exhibited a natural and masterful talent for new business strategies, leading to her third, and current, promotion in less than three and a half years.
