AMWAThe Advanced Media Workflow Association, Inc. (AMWA) began in January 2000 as the Advanced Authoring Format (AAF) Association, Inc. The organization’s name was officially changed in May 2007 to better reflect the direction and scope of the association and its mission statement. With representatives from several major players in the global media and entertainment industry, the AMWA focuses on file-based workflows to benefit content creators including film, television, advertising, Internet and post-production professionals.


CTAMWe provide consumer research, an interactive executive innovation series, conferences, awards and the “CTAM SmartBrief” intelligence resource to individual members. On behalf of 90 corporate members, we lead the Residential Products Council and Business Services Council, and we facilitate national cooperative marketing efforts including the Cable Mover Hotline® and Movies On Demand® initiatives.
