Michael S. Mejia brings to REVshare an extensive knowledge of cable television and more than 20 years of sales management experience. Most recently, Mr. Mejia was Vice President of Sales for Adelphia Media Services in Ontario, CA, where he created the Adelphia University, an internal-training program for cable advertising sales, featuring more than 20 different areas of course study and skill enhancement. While at Adelphia, he also developed and implemented sales measurement tools, which contributed to a 30% increase in local revenue growth over three years, as well as initiated a sales incentive contest, which resulted in nearly $3 million in incremental sales.

Mr. Mejia enjoys speaking to civic groups about the importance and benefits of cable television. He also lectures annually at UCLA on the topic of cable television advertising, and was the Cable Advertising Bureau Presenter at the CAB National Conference in 2003, 2004 and 2006.

Mr. Mejia, who has a B.A. in Sociology from Cal State University Los Angeles, enjoys golfing, traveling and outdoor sports, and was active with the Optimist Club in San Gabriel Valley.
