Michael Montgomery comes to REVShare with over 13 years’ experience providing superior customer service. He has trained more than 3,200 people and managed accounts totaling more than $10 million.

When Michael worked for Berkshire Financial Group in Boca Raton, Fla., he surpassed his monthly sales quotas by 25 percent. As an employee of the U.S. Navy at Camp Pendleton, Calif., he was in charge of instructing, supervising and evaluating 240 personnel at any given time. He also developed and implemented a process analysis system which streamlined work production and decreased waste on the base.

From 1994 to 1999, Michael lived in Okinawa, Japan, where he was a project manager and instructor for the U.S. Navy, monitoring Emergency Medical Training programs for more than 6,000 personnel.

Michael currently lives in Temecula, California. He is an active member of his community and a member of the Orange County and Inland Empire Make-A-Wish Foundation.
