As Director of Finance, Marc Johnston manages the overall finance for REVShare and also oversees its human resource functions. Providing the framework for the company’s explosive growth, Johnston conducts the budgeting and modeling activities for the company, as well as planning for funding future technological growth.

He also assists with the planning for measuring REVShare’s success. Concurrently, Johnston establishes finance and accounting structures for new and expanded business and manages the company’s outside legal, accounting, and banking relationships to ensure legal, tax and covenant compliance.

Prior to joining REVShare, Johnston was controller for a National Law Journal 250, a multi-office law firm where he was credited with implementing a cutting-edge business intelligence solution. He began his career in the United States Marine Corps, serving nine years, first in Field Artillery and later as a Comptroller. He was responsible for the daily management of the $1 billion budget for the largest Marine contingent involved in Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom.

Johnston has a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) from Auburn University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Rutgers University.
