Jim brings over 20 years of television experience in direct response and brand advertising sales. Jim has held leadership positions with Cox Media, Tribune Broadcasting and Time Warner. He will apply his senior management expertise along with his account acquisition and service experience to lead the business development efforts at Revshare. His progressive vision and strategic direction delivered market dominance over his competitors for the past two decades. Jim brings a client centric focus to our Ad Sales team along with a commitment to improve Performance Television metrics for our clients.
Vastly experienced in all facets of television media sales and research including New Media products, Jim’s specialty is in building and leading sales teams to excellence. Jim learned his skills as a coach, trainer, and public speaker having begun his professional career as a Sales and Management Trainer. Consulting and traveling the U.S., Jim has worked with most industries and their management teams to improve employee skills in the workplace.
Jim is active in the YMCA’s Adventure Club program with his children in San Diego. He is a southern California native having graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona earning his bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
